A Few Ground Rules

I’ve really been seeing of everything lately. To help energy move smoothly and effectively, let’s set a few ground rules.

1. Don’t send me long messages with your story if you don’t intend to do something about it. I won’t get into your story, and you’re just wasting your time and mine.

If you did have an Energy Tune-Up with me in the past, this is where you share your situation. Keep it short and concise as results require focus. I’m not here to delve into your story, I’m here to rewrite it and get you concrete results. It’s more important to know where you want to go.

>> Apply for a Strategy Session here

2. I’m not here to trick you into buying anything; and I won’t give out my time for free either. If you’re here to move forward with your life in a big way, then let’s work together. Request a Strategy Session and let’s get started. If not, then this mailing list may become less appealing to you as I’ll be talking more and more directly to action-takers and leaders. You can unsubscribe if that isn’t you.

To answer a question I’ve been getting a few times: why am I not sharing my knowledge freely? I am! If you want more information about it, keep reading what I write. The real work, however, isn’t about the knowledge but about you. I can’t write about you on a blog, that’s something that has to be done in-person. It’s …Read More

How to Unjam Your Cashflow

These days, tons of people appear to have their cashflow jammed. Let’s explore this topic, why this is happening and what you can do about it.

First, here’s a video from the Playa del Carmen event: blowing a candle with a punch. Ever tried that?

So when it comes to cashflow, it’s no secret that a lot of businesses struggle with the current economic situation, but statistics only apply to groups, they don’t apply to individuals. Challenging situations create just as much opportunities as they create struggles. I know that even those at the top of the coaching industry are experiencing challenges. Some of them may blame it to a shifting industry, and there’s more to it.

The first thing you have to understand is that we’re at the transition point between the information age and the spiritual age. Two social matrices are colliding: the established paradigms and ways of doing things, and the emerging paradigms that are spiritually-aligned. It has been much easier to conduct business from the established paradigms, up until now.

These days, those operating from established paradigms are experiencing challenges because those paradigms are collapsing. Those operating from the emerging paradigms are experiencing energetic attacks by those who want to keep things the way they were. Those who are in-between are being pulled in all directions. Nobody is escaping it, and it won’t get better. This is just getting started. Hint: …Read More

VIP Day for Entrepreneurs

I’m now offering VIP days for entrepreneurs with a large vision. I’ve been connecting with several top-level leaders who felt that I could somehow help them, so I thought it would be a good idea to spell out the value and offer. It’s one thing to have a vague vision. It’s another to make it a reality.

Here are some of the issues I’ve been hearing: feeling stuck, not enough money coming in, communication problems with the team or employees, lack of drive or energy, exhaustion, lack of clarity of purpose, feeling empty and feeling a void growing as material success grows.

You may think you have a money issue, but money really isn’t the issue. You have a relationship issue. Relationship with yourself, relationship with God, relationship with your purpose, relationship with your employees, relationship with money, relationship with your clients, etc. When these things fall into place, money falls into place.

What is this VIP day about? It is for entrepreneurs who genuinely want to have an impact in the world. Sure money is important, and for this kind of transformational experience, the purpose needs to be the primary driving force. Not an intellectual purpose, but a divine energetic purpose that propels you forward.

Why is your purpose so important? Because we will leverage it as a catalyst to propel you forward. Your current paradigm got you where you are right now, so it is very normal to be attached to your foundation: self-identity, beliefs system and values system. It serves your …Read More

1-on-1 Coaching vs Group Coaching

Wow, I got lots of questions regarding the Year of Enlightenment group program. Many of them resolved about “is 1-on-1 coaching best for me, or would group coaching do” and “what’s the difference between working 1-on-1 and in group?” Let me answer these questions so that you know which action step is more appropriate for you.

First, 1-on-1 coaching is designed to have precise and fast results. The great thing about it is that it is very specific, and we use your goal to leverage the whole transformation process instead of just doing general healing without focus. We may only cover 0.5% of the knowledge, but you’ll have the very specific parts you need to unblock what is most holding you back.

Consider this. Out of all the people I coached 1-on-1, there is not a single client who has not achieved their main objective of internal transformation within 3 coaching sessions, and it is often resolved in 2 sessions. There are, however, clients who bumped into value conflicts and backed out of the process without completing their sessions.

Looking back at all the clients I have coached so far, the results fall into these 3 categories:
1. Some bumped into value conflicts and backed out
2. Some integrated what I taught them into their current habits and practice and got really great results
3. Some fully embraced and applied what I taught them and got truly miraculous results

Since I am fully committed to your transformation, I am looking for ways to …Read More

Build Financial Stability

There is something interesting I have noticed recently. It seems like no matter how much money I earn, there’s nothing left at the end. We’re going to explore what’s going on financially, why it matters, how that relates to you and what can be done about it. It seems to be a problem that a considerable number of people actively improving their lives are experiencing.

One of my coaches, Eiji Morishita, got me to realize that I’m outspending whatever income I have. Since increasing the income only amplifies whatever financial pattern in place, an increase in income can actually lead to higher debts! He learnt this the hard way, and I’m grateful that he shared it with me. I just have to acknowledge when something isn’t going right. If I’m outspending $6k a month, I could see myself in the future outspending $100k a year or even a 7-figure yearly income, which many people actually do. When you have extra income, you can always get a new high-end training program to increase your income, get a new home, a new car, new equipment, take another trip, and outspend whatever income you have and even increase your debts. Most of my money has been going towards paying off past commitments hoping to earn future income, which is not a healthy relationship to money, at least not long-term.

He told me, my next step is not to get more high-end training to increase my income. My next step is to build financial stability. This …Read More
