True Essence vs False Ego

Stillness is about transcending your ego. The force of life is about connecting with your true essence. The difference between both is the greatest unsolved mystery keeping most spiritual people penny-less and keeping most others away from spirituality. It is the biggest “unconscious avoidance” value conflict that everybody has in some form or another. It’s worth exploring this deeper.

Traditional spirituality and stillness meditation is about transcending your ego. The goal is to silence your mind and detach yourself from any self-identity in order to be fully in the present moment without any attachment to the past or to the future. This brings an enlightened state of peace and oneness with the universe. Just think about Buddha or Tibetan monks.

Connecting with your true essence means to be fully connected and aligned with your emotions, physical body and sexuality to bring more life to all those around you. It has much more grounded presence and motion to it. Rock-stars are very connected to their true essence, so are conscious entrepreneurs. They are people who have a big vision and who want to have a positive impact on the people around them and in the world.

When you look at these two facets of life for what they really are, you can think of every single conscious person you know and put them in either one of these 2 categories. There are currently very few people on the planet who are fully connected to both. This is one of the greatest guarded secrets that …Read More

What Is Value Conflict

Lately I have been exploring the concept of value conflicts, and this topic is extremely impactful for your growth and freedom. First I will explain what is a value conflict and how to recognize when it happens. Value conflicts are often rooted in false layers of self-identity and will block your progress.

Your subconscious mind always values truth, always values freedom, always values power and always values abundance. The problem is when other conscious values conflict with those. Or, when you have blocks towards certain values that are required to make the deeper value a reality. If you want to lose weight but don’t like exercise and love cakes, that’s a value conflict. If you want to live abundantly but don’t want a job and don’t want a business, that’s a value conflict. If you value renewal but not death, that’s a value conflict.

When it comes to spiritual growth, value conflicts are all about you and have nothing to do with anybody else. I would describe the effect you can get from resolving value conflicts as “self-sustaining open-air nuclear reaction.” It is very powerful. It is about shifting at your core to open new worlds of possibilities.

There are five different types of value conflicts.

1. Subconscious Denial: This is when you have knee-jerk reactions towards something related to truth, freedom or abundance and say “that’s not my cup of tea”. An example would be someone saying  that being emotional or vulnerable is for weak people. Someone could also be progressing in a …Read More

Grounding Video: Return to Innocence

While exploring value conflicts, I just produced a new natural grounding video: Return to Innocence. It will help to resolve the value conflicts in your subconscious mind and bring your mind, body, spirit, heart and sexuality in full alignment. Resolving value conflicts can overcome procrastination, increase vitality, increase personal power and authenticity and even improve eye-sight.

Also, this is a powerful guided meditation I produced to resolve value conflicts. Go through the meditation a few times and let me know how it goes. If you are having a hard time getting the answers, do it again and this time stay at the plane of the absolute instead of going into the higher planes and ask the questions to the tree, and let me know whether this makes it easier or not.

Doing Clean Jobs with Energy Healing

I’m just done hosting an intensive Immersion Celebration Party with Rion Freeberg with guys flying from all over Europe. I’m extremely energetically burnt out today, and the shift has been very profound for everybody.

There are lots of healing techniques out there and the way most people see it, it brings slow, gradual and intangible progress. You keep releasing and hope things will someday get better. Many people still aren’t happy with their lives after years of releasing. I would like to bring a different perspective and understanding on energy healing.

When I energetically work on an issue, I’m not just sending energy to feel better and raise the energetic frequency, which would make part of the effect only temporary. I’m completely transmuting the issue until it is 100% clean. This is work of precision to do clean jobs. For example, whenever I find issues about myself (a lot of judgments came to my awareness over the last 2 days), I write them down on a list. I take each item on my list, clean it until it is 100% gone, put a check-mark next to it and move on to the next item on the list. That way, I don’t keep bumping over the same issues and I don’t get mental noise because of the remains and “energetic debris” of past issues.

This is really about raising the standards in the field of energy healing. General healing that brings slow and gradual progress makes it hard to measure the progress, it doesn’t …Read More
