Make 2014 Your Best Year Ever

What would it take to make 2014 your best year ever? What if you could use this year to build the foundation of a whole new level of lifestyle that will permanently change the direction of the rest of your life?

Sure you want to break free of money issues, scarcity, worries and limitations. Sure you want better relationships, not only intimately but also with people who will support you with your path and growth. Sure you want to leave behind old stories of doubts, unworthiness and shame.

And although each of these are really great goals in and of themselves, these are not really what you want. What you want is the lifestyle that goes with it: free of doubts, free of constraints, supported by like-minded people and with lots of resources to make your dreams a reality.

What if, instead of learning techniques here and there to remove pains and improve your life, you could adopt a different lifestyle that would set into motion a whole new direction for your life?

What if you could deepen the very foundation of how you think, feel, act and present yourself in every aspect of your life? You can only rise as high as your foundation is deep. It’s not about replacing a foundation that already provides some success, it’s about deepening it and removing the cracks.

Here’s the thing. You can only see possibilities in your life based on the foundation of your self-identity, values and beliefs system. The illusions and limitations of that foundation …Read More

How a Successful Foundation Holds You Back

I was pondering about why many people will not go through the process of building a deep soul foundation when I show them a direct path to it. Here’s the answer. Building a soul foundation of your life requires removing the existing foundation. If your current foundation in life is giving you some level of success, this is the most difficult thing for you to let go of. In other words, a successful foundation blocks you from reaching a greater level of success. Or, as one of my mentors said, the very thing that brings you success in the first part of your life is what holds you back in the next part of your life.

For example, if you are a very goal-driven person, get things done and have a lot of success this way, your intellect may be controlling and restricting your soul alignment instead of supporting it. Because of the success this brings you, it would be difficult to let go of that pattern and it would prevent you from stepping into a greater soul purpose and living a more fulfilling life. Or, if you are playing by social unspoken rules which brings you a great level of success, this very foundation of conformity into the system would prevent you from connecting more deeply into your soul, truth and purpose.

Building a deeper foundation requires unmaking the current social, cultural and personal foundations, and it allows you to build a much taller building,  lifestyle and purpose. When it comes …Read More

Build Financial Stability

There is something interesting I have noticed recently. It seems like no matter how much money I earn, there’s nothing left at the end. We’re going to explore what’s going on financially, why it matters, how that relates to you and what can be done about it. It seems to be a problem that a considerable number of people actively improving their lives are experiencing.

One of my coaches, Eiji Morishita, got me to realize that I’m outspending whatever income I have. Since increasing the income only amplifies whatever financial pattern in place, an increase in income can actually lead to higher debts! He learnt this the hard way, and I’m grateful that he shared it with me. I just have to acknowledge when something isn’t going right. If I’m outspending $6k a month, I could see myself in the future outspending $100k a year or even a 7-figure yearly income, which many people actually do. When you have extra income, you can always get a new high-end training program to increase your income, get a new home, a new car, new equipment, take another trip, and outspend whatever income you have and even increase your debts. Most of my money has been going towards paying off past commitments hoping to earn future income, which is not a healthy relationship to money, at least not long-term.

He told me, my next step is not to get more high-end training to increase my income. My next step is to build financial stability. This …Read More

Anatomy of Value Conflict

In the last articles, I talked about what value conflicts are, and the difference between your true essence and your false ego. Too often, when transcending their false ego, spiritual people also disconnect from their true ego/essence.

I will also say this: values are part of your false ego. Values are when your conscious mind values one thing less than another and create a separation between them. When you are in your true essence, you are simply standing in your truth which is unique for each individual and for each path. You are fully standing in your truth when you fully value truth and reality on all levels.

Many people view value conflicts as when they have different values than someone else, and although that’s a valid definition, we’re talking about something completely different here. When it comes to spiritual growth, value conflicts are when your conscious or unconscious minds devalue part of truth because it doesn’t quite fit with other parts of truth. Such value conflicts create strong and invisible filters that distort your view of reality.

In the previous article, I talked about 5 types of value conflicts: Conscious Conflict, Unconscious Conflict, Valuing Outcome, Subconscious Avoidance and Subconscious Denial. For the sake of simplicity, I will call them Type 1 to Type 5 value conflicts. These are actually up to 5 layers building on top of each other, meaning there is always a conscious conflict underneath an unconscious conflict that will become visible once you take out a layer. …Read More
